Account & Data Deletion – Enedoa

Users can request deletion of their Enedoa account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion:
Please send an email to team@enedoa.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
In the email, mention the email address or phone number used to sign in to Enedoa.

Data that will be deleted:

• User account

• Email address

• Username

• Phone number

• Profile picture

• Device identifiers associated with the account

Data retention:

• Crash logs and diagnostic data may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging and security purposes

• Certain data may be retained if required to comply with legal obligations

Once the request is verified, account deletion will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
